Job Description:

Responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment (from pilot to fully operational) to achieve the production goals of the organization. Utilizes Lean Manufacturing Tools to improve cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction of production processes. Trains personnel on new or existing equipment and processes. Develops manufacturing work instructions, procedures, production flow and value stream maps. Evaluates and approves design/engineering changes, specification and drawing releases, includes both part/assemblies and tooling, MRP input, manufacturing process changes. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, work cell layout, and related costs for both current and future models and projects.

Requires a U.S. Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
